1) Museum of the Future
The Museum of the Future is a grand project undertaken by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and also the Ruler of Dubai. The museum is set to open to the public in December 2018 and will show the world how technology can change us and the earth in the future.
2) Aladdin City
The city of Dubai will soon be home to a place which has been constructed based on the legends of Arabian folktale heroes Aladdin and Sindbad. This ambitious project was announced in 2014 and the construction started from 2016. The structure will have six towers well-connected by walkways. The towers will be made to resemble the lamp of Alladin from which he finds the genie. The entire structure will be painted in gold to shimmer in the sunlight.
3) Dubai Water Canal
The Dubai Water Canal is a majestic project that will comprise of a shopping centre, 450 restaurants, 4 hotels, luxury houses and also numerous walkways. The entire project covers the area of 80,000 square meters and is expected to get completed in 2016-2017. The project starts from the Business Bay into the Persian Gulf and extends through Safa Park and the Jumeirah.
